Europeans have had a month to enjoy the Huawei Watch 2.  Well, Huawei’s latest smartwatch is finally ready to make its stateside debut.

Huawei’s latest and greatest has a few more features than its predecessor. The Huawei Watch 2 has 4 GB of internal memory, GPS, a heart rate monitor, and Android Pay. The Watch 2 also kicks up the battery power a bit. The new larger battery is designed to last several days.

Unlike the U.K. version, the U.S. rendition of the Watch 2 lacks 4G support at launch. However, Huawei claims that cellular connectivity is coming so we’ll have to wait and see.

The Watch 2 will come in two variants.  The standard model which is available with a mixed rubber strap in Carbon Black and Concrete Grey can be found at many common retailers. The more expensive Classic Watch 2 has a stainless steel face and is expected to be available this Spring.

To help sweeten the deal, for a limited time Huawei is offering a 10-week free trial of Google Play Music if you grab one of the standard models.

Huawei’s Watch 2 finds itself entering an increasingly competitive smartwatch market. Now that it’s available we’ll soon find out if Huawei’s latest watch is ready for primetime.
